This is the last will and testament of me William Collin of Sobam in the county of Cambridge. Farmer in manner and form following (that is to say) First I give and devise unto my son William Collin and Thomas Emons of Soham aforesaid Blacksmith and their heirs all and singular my Freehold Estate situated and being in Burwell in the county of Cambridge In Trust to be sold by them or their wives or of them or the heirs of such Survivors for the best price or prices that can be gott or obtained for the same and the money arising from the sale thereof to be applied as is on hereinafter mentioned and I do hereby declare that the receipt of the said William Collin my son and Thomas Emons or the survivor of them or the heirs of such survivor shall be a good and sufficient discharge to such purchase or purchasors and that neither they or the Estate by them so purchased shall thereafter be charged or chargeable for any misapplication of such purchase money in any wise howsoever Also I do hereby; Will order and direct that all and singular my Copyhold Estates whatsoever and wheresoever be Sold by my Executors hereinafter named or the survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such survivor for the best price or prices that can be gott or obtained for the same And I do hereby declare that the receipt of them my Executors hereinafter named or the survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such Survivors shall be in good and sufficient discharge for the same to any purchaser or purchasers thereof and that such Purchaser or purchasors or the Extate by them purchased shall not be thereafter charged or chargeable with any misapplication of the purchase money in any wise whowsoever and the money arrising from such Sale I do also direct be applied as is hereinafter mentioned. Also I will order and desire that my Executors do as soon as conveniently can be after my decease Sell by public auction or otherwise all and singular my Household goods Stock Crops of Hay or Corn Farming Utensils and all other my goods and chattels whatsoever I dye possessed of and the money arriving from the Sale there of together with the money arrising from the Sale of my Freehold and copyhold Estates and all my ready money debts due and owing to one at the time of my decease on Martgages Bonds or simple Contracts after paying all my just debts Funeral Expences together with the Probate of this ~ last will and Testament. I do hereby will and bqjueath as follows / except my bed and beding together with all the Furniture in my parlour or Bed Room wherein I coumonly Sleep which I give unto my loving wife Mary Collin immediately after my decease) that is to say I give and bequeath twenty pounds part there of unto my Son John Collin and Ten Pounds part there of unto my Daughter Sarah the wife of John Carr and all the rest residue and remainder there of to be divided into Eleven equal Shares or parts one part there of I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Mary Collin one of her part there of I give and bequeath to be equally divided between all. the Children of my Daughter Elizabeth the Wife of John West one other part there of I give and bequeath unto my Son Tyler Collin one other part thereof I give and bequeath unto my Son James Collin one other part there of I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Sarah the Wife of John Carr one other part there of I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Charlotte the Wife of Richard Saunders one other part thereof I give and bequeath unto my Son William Collin one other part there of I give and bequeath unto my Son Robert Collin one other part there of I give and bequeath unto my Son Charles Collin one other part there of I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary the wife of John Westrope and one other part residue there of I give and bequeath unto my Son John Collin and Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said Son William Collin and the said Thomas Emons joint Executors of this my last Will, and Testament hereby revoking all former and other wills, heretofore by me made In Witness where of I have hereunto this my last Will and Testament in two sheets of Paper containd to the first sheet set my hand and to the. last Sheet my Hand and Seal this Third day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and three.
